Who we are

Mission Statement

The Indianapolis Police Foundation (IPF) stands ready to strengthen the region’s policing efforts through a community-based, officer-focused approach. IPF will realize this action plan by advancing its mission to foster community-wide support for law enforcement by supporting traumatically injured officers and their families, providing supplemental resources for officers in the line of duty, and building positive officer-community partnerships.

How we help

Community-led and connected to police officers throughout greater Indianapolis, IPF is agile in meeting needs as they arise and leveraging community resources to assist with public safety concerns in the community. IPF provides an opportunity for individuals and the business community to show their thanks and support of the brave men and women who serve our community each day through contributions of time, talent and treasure.

IPF aims to meet the growing needs of local police officers and programs that improve officer safety, well-being and efficacy. If you would like to submit a funding request, please click here.

Who we serve

IPF serves police officers in the Greater Indianapolis area, including surrounding counties and incorporated towns. Our goal is to protect and serve those who protect and serve our community.
